Refund policy

To process your return request, please provide the following details:

1. Order number 

2. Photo of the item received 

3. Photo of the waybill (attached to the parcel)

4. Photo of the product barcode (attached to the item)

Once submitted, our warehouse team will review your request and update you on the next steps. If the investigation confirms that the issue was on our end, you will be asked to return the item via assigned courier at your nearest location. After sending the parcel, please provide proof of shipment so we can process your refund for the shipping fee and the cost of your order.
